Ampleforth Society Wass to John Bunting Chapel Walk - Saturday 13 May 2026

On 16 May you are invited to join the Ampleforth Society walking group from Wass to the remarkable John Bunting Chapel via the old observatory.  This was created by Ampleforth College's former art master and renowned sculptor, John Bunting. This is a rare opportunity to visit the chapel, and we are very grateful to Bernard Bunting for kindly granting special access.  And, as all good walks should, both routes start and end at a local pub!  Places are limited, so we recommend registering in advance to join this special walk.
