2019 Manchester Hotpot
Once again, the Manchester Hotpot witnessed the wider Ampleforth family in the North West reunite to enjoy a delicious Lancashire hotpot.
A huge thank you to OA John Rylands for hosting this year's hotpot in the beautiful Manchester Tennis and Racquet Club. All the guests agreed that the venue was a hidden gem which could be easily mistaken for a room at Ampleforth. We were also extremely grateful to Fr Richard ffield for attending the event and for offering guests an update on Ampleforth and its monastic community.
Please look out for the date of next year's event. In the meantime, please do spread the word about this fantastic annual gathering. Whether you have recently moved to the North West, or have resided here for many years, this is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with members of the Ampleforth Society who are also based in the region.
