OAGS v Old Cranleighans at West Hill

WON -  3 ½ :  ½   

Another sunny afternoon transpired at West Hill to play the Old Cranleighans in the Tim Hazel Centenary trophy. The course was in superb condition. Sadly, Michael Howard no longer plays golf but he lunched with us and saw us all off the first tee – a challenging drive after a few glasses of wine & a kummel !  Finbarr O’Connor stepped in at the last moment to replace Mike Tibbatts and we managed to wrest the trophy away from the OCs in a convincing win.
